Smartphone Photography (iPhone and Android)  

If you want to take better pictures of family and friends, improve blog content, or push your creative expression, this class is for you. We will explore basic camera functions and usage, look at techniques for creating eye-catching photos, and offer up exercises to improve your photographic chops. After learning more about composition and light, we'll explore inspirations to further improve your craft and then discuss how to add the wow-factor with editing techniques and how to share your masterpieces online! The novice photographer will get a clear sense of what their smartphones are truly capable of. You can record the grand and the immense. You can preserve the intimate and the subtle. This will provide you the tools to take your skills to the next level. Recommendations: Late model smartphone (iPhone or Android) with onboard camera. Love and/or interest in photography and sharing your creativity! Completion of Beginners Android Smartphone / Tablet class recommended but not necessary. Class assumes intermediate knowledge of device.
