This favorite class of students will be offered again this Spring. I love salads as meals because I think I’m being calorie-conscious! I’ll let you determine for yourself. The class will prepare several Main Dish Salads: Roasted Vegetable and Couscous, Asian Chicken Salad, and a couple more. This is a hands-on class, please bring a chef’s knife and cutting board. Together, the class will practice knife skills and prepare these colorful and crunch-satisfying entrees to enjoy at the end of class.
