I love salads as meals because I think I’m being calorie-conscious! I’ll let you determine for yourself if the following salads become part of your healthy dinner repertoire: Asian Chicken Salad, Roasted Vegetable and Couscous Salad, Greek Shrimp Orzo Salad, and Grilled Fattoush Salad. Together, the class will practice knife skills and prepare these colorful and crunch-satisfying entrees to enjoy at the end of class.
