Let’s get ready for the holidays! The class and I will make (and eat!) easy holiday recipes that can be prepared ahead and brought out just when the guests ring the doorbell. Working in groups of three, we will prepare: Hot Pecan Dip, Portabella Steak Sandwiches with Gorgonzola Butter, Spinach Feta Bites, Chocolate Truffles (and more!). This is a participation class: Please bring a chef's knife and cutting board to class.
