Family: Sushi Party

This is a Family Series class. Adults and students aged 10-17 sign up separately and attend together. Get ready to dispel your fears about sushi preparation. You'll start with the basics for making seasoned rice, then you’ll learn the art of hand-rolling various types of sushi. Once you've mastered these fun-to-learn basics, you'll be ready to dazzle your friends with your own sushi party. An optional tour/Q & A session of the STC Culinary Department will be held at 12pm for those interested in pursuing a career in culinary arts.
