Yoga for You

Large fitness-type yoga classes can often be daunting for the beginner, or feel less satisfying for the amateur yoga student. This class will explore many of the most common yoga poses that you would find in a traditional yoga classes with an emphasis on proper alignment and safety, with attention to your own body’s strengths and limitations. You will learn the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident that you can make this yoga class your own regular practice, and that it will yield maximum benefits for you.
