Join us as we explore many of the most common/basic yoga poses that we would find in a gym-style yoga class with an emphasis on proper alignment and safety with respect to your own body’s strengths and limitations. You will learn the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident that you can make this yoga class your own practice that will yield maximum benefits. Yoga for you is a “teaching class” that is interactive, in that it will cover poses from all of the different series to help you build a healthy, complete practice - from sun salutations and standing postures to seated postures and on to finishing postures.
