Knitting Trendy Wearable Art (incl mat'l)

Learn the art of custom knitting using only the knit stitch. This is a beginner class. You will learn how to cast on, knit, and cast off, using big needles, novelty yarn, ribbons, and fabrics. You will create a trendy, beautiful, one-of-a-kind long wrap or scarf, and finish the class by creating a unique "Rag Bag" or pillow that you will knit with strips of fabric. A field trip for yarn is part of the class. Knitting needles and practice yarn are provided.
