Yoga Tradition + Movement  

Combine discussion and light movement to explore the benefits and tradition of yoga to support overall health and wellness. Yoga, including concepts of mindfulness and meditation, has been proven effective for a wide variety of mental and physical health concerns. Learn more about the benefits, as well as the history and tradition of yoga in the East and West. Better understand how and why yoga is beneficial, and learn practices you can do at home to support your own mental and physical well-being.
