Acrylic Paint Pouring Adventures: The Basics (incl some mat'l)

Experience the magical world of Fluid Art! This modern abstract painting technique is sweeping the world. Join me to see what all the excitement is about and apply what you learn
to create your own art masterpieces! No experience is necessary as we explore the supplies needed, the equipment and tools used, and tips to help you save money. You will then jump right into the paint and create your first works of art by doing a flip cup pour. No two paintings will ever be the same, and you will be amazed every time you lift your cup. You will leave having completed two projects. Plan on picking up your projects another day to allow for proper drying time. Wear old clothes or bring a smock/apron.

Please check with the ACE office to be sure the class has met its minimum before purchasing materials. Supply List:** - Apron - Assortment of craft paint - four bottles maximum of your favorite colors plus white (Any brand except Apple Barrel). Paint doesn't need to be expensive acrylic paints; cheaper brands like Folk Art and DecoArt are preferred. - Two canvases: 9x12, 8x10, or similar size (must be stretched canvas, not a panel). - Roll of paper towels.
