Sewing Open Studio-All Levels (prior sewing experience required)

Do you need help with reading a pattern, doing minor alterations to a garment, repairing a ripped seam or zipper, inserting elastic, or shortening or lengthening hems, sleeves, or pants? Have you been wishing to sew a one-of-a-kind garment but are not sure where to start? During these weekly daytime or evening sessions you can enjoy the company of like-minded people in a friendly environment. We welcome all projects. Bring anything from an untouched pattern to half-made garments to vintage alterations. We can guarantee our teacher will be able to tackle anything! Our seasoned sewing instructor will help you with any questions or problems and will offer assistance. Meet other sewers and enjoy the time to sew without distractions at this fun “open sew” studio session. Enroll with a friend! Open to all levels, but you must be familiar with using a sewing machine; this is not a basic instruction class.
