Advanced Photography Editing

You can achieve Clyde Butcher-level quality with your photographs by learning to edit them with a high degree of skill – a skill that can be developed over time by practicing. If you’ve worked with Lightroom and Photoshop Elements and spent time with these two programs, you’ll have the necessary foundation to take this class and begin to refine your editing skills. It’s like learning how to drive a nail with one blow of a hammer; now you’re ready to learn how to build something using that skill. While an occasional topic will be covered in this editing class, most of the time will be spent editing photographs, and you’ll learn from each other – from witnessing what your classmates accomplish and from Jim's invaluable experience. Prerequisites: Lightroom Beginning & Lightroom Intermediate, or Photoshop Elements 1 & 2. Students must have some proficiency with either or both programs.
