Tapas is popular throughout Spain in bars and restaurants and are appetizers that usually accompany cocktails. Whether having small bites for a cocktail party or small dishes for dinner, tapas are a great way to "sample" different foods.
Recipes will include: Patata bravas with aioli and chives, Shrimp and chorizo flatbreads, Albondigas (Spanish style meatballs in almond sauce), Spanish tortilla with roasted red peppers and peas
