Do you love to dance and have fun doing dance fitness classes? If you are looking to get in shape, come and join us! This is a high energy group class that allows you to flood your body with dance-floor endorphins while you are following the lead of your dance instructor's moves; you will be burning calories doing a great and fun cardio workout that will have you sweating and smiling. Anything from Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton to Samba workout will prove you can get your heart rate up while shaking your hips and shimmying your shoulders. And the best part is that you do not need a dance partner to join us.

Please wear dance sneakers, be ready to sweat and burn up calories. Important notice: If you have any medical condition please consult your primary care doctor before enrolling.
