SharQui: The Belly Dance Workout

SharQui - The Belly Dance Workout is a low-impact, high-energy dance format.   We use authentic belly dance moves and combinations in a flowing routine.  Movements start with the very basics and gradually build up to more complex movements if you choose.

This is a fun and exciting workout that is suitable for all ages, body types, and fitness levels.  You will improve muscle tone, strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, self-confidence, and more.

SharQui - The Belly Dance Workout is the first Belly Dance fitness format to be accredited by the Athletics & Fitness Association and American Council on Exercise.
