Day Trip: Rye Road Giraffes Christmas Celebration - Includes admission (Registration Deadline: December 10)

We are traveling to the Rye Road Giraffes to get an up-close and personal experience with giraffes and other exotic animals. Rye Road Giraffes Farm is home to zebras, camels, tortoises, llamas, and a kangaroo. The farm is located on 10 acres of land owned by the Landkas-Coronas Family. The Landkas Family, known as members of the Coronas Circus, have lived on their property with their animals for more than 36 years. They support the health and well-being of the animals and provide a safe haven to many exotic and domestic animals. They have opened their doors to allow everyone the experience of the grace and majesty of their giraffes and other critters. It is truly an animal experience.

For this day trip, we will travel on the Classroom On Wheels (COW) blue school bus. Masks are required to be worn while on the COW Bus. This is an outdoor event so mask wearing at the Giraffe Farm is optional. Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Plan to eat before boarding the bus. The farm has a snack bar. Bring some coins as there are stations for getting food to feed the giraffes.
