Growing Stronger: Building Strength & Balance (some floorwork)

At any age, core strength and alignment can be a challenge. As we age, we have to work harder to maintain our core strength, as years of wear and tear on the body can make strength, balance, and flexibility even more challenging. Growing Stronger is a yoga-based core and balance class that will give you techniques to use in everyday activities. This class is recommended as an intro course for anyone who would like to begin a yoga practice but is challenged by the quick “ups and downs” of yoga or for those who would like to return to practice after an injury or absence from strength exercise.
