Do you want to join your friends on the dance floor but don’t know any of the dances? This is a great place to learn the basics: the names of certain moves, how to execute them, and how to put them together to learn some easy dances. Beginner Line Dancing is a great low-impact workout. You could very well learn a dozen dances by the time we’re done with this course. We cover 50% country and we do 50% contemporary (Macarena, Electric Slide) and world music as well.
Please wear tennis shoes, bring a sweat towel, and a water bottle is encouraged!
