An anti-aging practice to support brain health through movement.
This movement class includes a four-step practice: Warm-up exercises, Qigong exercise, Special Tai Chi practice, and Cooling Down/Relaxation. This program is based on “True Brain Fitness” by Dr. Aihan Kuhn, CMD, OBT.
Benefits of this program include: improved concentration, focus, learning ability, balance, coordination, harmony in the working of the organs, and decrease in stress and tension, among others.
Appropriate for all levels of Tai Chi experience. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes (no sandals please).
