We will prepare Miso soup, Tonkatsu (crunch chicken cutlet) with cucumber salad, Sushi rice, and Yakisoba (Japanese stir fry noodles).

ONE DAY CLASSES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

Please bring a chef’s knife and cutting board to class. 

Recipes are subject to change.
