Working in small groups we will prepare Chicken Bouillabaisse with Rouille, Potatoes au Gratin, Salmon Nicoise Salad, Ratatouille and Pastry Wrapped Baked Brie with Maple Roasted Apples.

Please bring a chef’s knife, cutting board apron & dish towel to class.
