We’ll talk about how to shop, stock your pantry and freezer, and make wonderful meals for yourself that don't take forever yet taste like they did. There are no fussy recipes where everything has to be measured exactly. Learn how to make quick & easy recipes with great flavor.

Recipes may include Crispy Smoked Salmon Cakes w/Capers & Dill, Chicken Pot Pie, Pasta Bolognese, Shrimp Creole
