Essentials of Learning to Swim: Overcoming Your Fear of Water (small class size)

*This class is for first-time students in this course and may not be repeated.

Students learn by feeling safe at all times. This is accomplished partly by our original teaching system and partly by using float bars to learn to float. Each student gets one for class.  A tether keeps the student from drifting away from the bar if she/he is ready to let go. 

ONE DAY CLASSES ARE NONREFUNDABLE

Supply List: Wear a bathing suit under your clothes; bring a towel and flip-flops; bring goggles and swim cap if you have them. Apply sun block during class. Meet at the pool location listed or call 941-921-6420.
