Pottery Bowls for a Cause   

Here’s your chance to get creative and give back at the same time! Sunday, Nov. 8, 2026 at Ed Smith Stadium, is the annual Bowls of Hope - a charity event to benefit All Faiths Food Bank, in which local restaurants donate big pots of soup, and event attendees purchase handmade ceramic bowls to hold their soup, with proceeds going to the Food Bank. Here’s where YOU come in: ACE is donating as many ceramic bowls as we can produce – and you can help! Sign up now for a two-session bowl-making workshop with instructor Alexis Securo. She will guide you through the process of making a ceramic bowl using a hand-building technique over a mold (not a thrown bowl on a wheel). At the same time, make a small pinch pot for yourself or a gift. Return the following week to glaze both of your pieces. After firing, your bowl will be ready to join the growing pile of bowls we’re collecting for the event. All Faiths Food Bank will thank you! Call now to register for one of these workshops, which we are offering at a nominal fee to cover the cost of materials.
