Flat for large, Angle for medium, and a Round for small.

Paint:  Any Student Grade Acrylic Paint is fine. An example of one I like:  (Liquitex Brand Tubes)

French Ultra Marine Blue

Cerulean Blue

Cadmium Red

Alizarin Crimson

Cadmium Yellow

Examples of possible painting subject matter

Supplies: (2) 16x20” canvases; Cheap pad of 90lb watercolor or mixed media paper to experiment
on; palette paper; Small container of Gloss gel medium & white gesso. (Liquitex Basics or
Master’s Touch Brand is fine), Scissors, A cheap chip brush or silicone spatula (Dollar Store) to
apply acrylic mediums, and Small acrylic paint sets of up to 12 -24 colors (Liquitex Basics or
similar student grade is fine). We will discuss acrylic colors during 1st class.
