--scissors (small size preferred since it's helpful for cutting small details)
--glue sticks (e.g. Elmer's; bring at least 2 since they dry out)
--paper to glue on (will be thrown out when sticky)
--camera phone if available
--marker set if available
--Exacto knife and cutting mat if available

This open studio welcomes anyone who enjoys creating art. Your chosen medium may be anything you like, from acrylics, to oils, charcoal, graphite, colored pencils and more. One-on-one help is available and group critiques will be encouraged.
Please bring any materials that you would like to work with as well as the painting/drawing surface of your choice.

Suggested Materials:
- Acrylic Paints
- Brushes and palette knives
- Mixed papers (copy paper, tissue, book pages, scrapbook paper, cardboard, etc.)
- Gel plates or brayers (optional)
- Stencils and stamps
- Scissors and tearing tools
- Matte medium or Mod Podge (satin or matte)
- Mixed media substrate or canvas panel
- Mark-making tools (pens, charcoal, pencils, markers, natural elements)

Supplies to bring:
Good paper scissors, white (PVA) glue such as Elmer's, Mod Podge or other non-yellowing glue for a finishing coat (Mod Podge can also be used as a glue), some colorful paper, and a couple of canvas boards 5x7 size or larger. Liquitex Matte Medium can also be used both as a glue and as a finishing coat. Other supplies, such as tweezers, brayer (rolling pin), X-acto knife, parchment paper or wax paper, and various paper punches, are optional.
