Supplies:
Good paper scissors, white (PVA) glue such as Elmer's, Mod Podge or other non-yellowing glue for a finishing coat (Mod Podge can also be used as a glue), some colorful paper, and a couple of canvas boards 5x7 size or larger. Liquitex Matte Medium can also be used both as a glue and as a finishing coat. Other supplies, such as tweezers, brayer (rolling pin), X-acto knife, parchment paper or wax paper, and various paper punches, are optional.
