The advanced payment is required new student and mailing fees for F-1 visa international students who are new to the ESL Institute: Intensive English language program and who are also applying for APSU undergraduate admission. If the mailing fee is not used, it will be applied to tuition. The new student fees are not refundable. Students are also charged tuition for each individual course. Additionally, there may be other fees, such as late registration fees, APSU Program Service fees, technology access fees, or health services deposit that may be required at a later date. Students will be informed if any of these fees are required of them during the application and registration process.
