- Journaling for Self Discovery
-
Explore journaling techniques that support self-understanding, emotional processing, and personal growth. Learn to notice patterns in your writing, identify meaningful language, and clarify personal beliefs and values. Guided prompts will help you practice emotional awareness, creativity, and self-compassion. Participants may write during class and share if they choose, though sharing is never required. This class is not a substitute for therapy; those in crisis should seek professional support.
The April and June sections expand the one-day format into four sessions, allowing more time for practice, habit-building, and deeper exploration. Additional prompts and handouts will be provided for in-class and at-home writing.
