This course prepares learners to master the fundamentals and practical applications of artificial intelligence through the lens of CompTIA’s entry-level certification programs. Learners build a solid foundation in AI concepts, generative models, data handling, and the ethical, legal, and security implications of AI as well as skills in prompt engineering and critical evaluation of AI outputs. Upon successful completion, students earn CompTIA Competency Certificates (CompCerts) that validate their practical AI skills. This course is appropriate for learners who want to harness the power of AI in their workplaces, from making their work more efficient to developing new processes and automation. Appropriate for the AI beginner as well as experienced AI users.

Learn Qiskit, IBM’s open-source Python-based quantum computing framework. This hands-on course designed for curious learners, career-changers, and tech-minded professionals. This class guides you through the essential concepts and practical skills needed to prepare for the IBM Quantum Qiskit Developer Certification.
Throughout the course, you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of quantum computing, qubits, and quantum gates
- Explore key algorithms such as superposition, entanglement, and simple quantum circuits
- Build and run quantum circuits in a quantum simulation environment
- Understand the structure and expectations of the Qiskit certification exam

- CompTIA Security+ Boot Camp

Prepare for the CompTIA Security+ exam with this 9-week, instructor-led boot camp designed for working professionals. Through twice-weekly live sessions, hands-on practice, and exam-focused review, you’ll build a strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts including threats, risk management, network security, and incident response—gaining the skills and confidence needed to pass Security+ and advance into cybersecurity roles. Work outside of class will be required to fully prepare for the exam.
This course is sponsored by the Year to Career program. After you sign up, a member of the Year to Career team will reach out to confirm eligibility, share onboarding information, and help you get ready for the first class. Participation requires verification of authorization to work in the United States, per U.S. Department of Labor guidelines.
