In partnership with Arapahoe Community College’s Workforce & Community Programs, the Colorado Jazz Ambassadors program is dedicated to nurturing young talent in the Denver Metro Area. This program offers middle and high school students of all musical skill levels the opportunity to enhance their musicianship and deepen their appreciation for jazz. Designed as a supplementary experience to a student’s school band, the Colorado Jazz Ambassadors requires participants to be actively enrolled in their school’s band program (with the exception of homeschool students). We strongly encourage all members to honor their commitments to school-sponsored music activities.

Rehearsing throughout the summer on Monday evenings, this group allows string players to polish their skills while playing in small group settings: trios, quartets, etc. Perfect for anyone looking to for a chance to shine in a more intimate setting or to explore the musical literature of string chamber music
