PARTICIPANT PERSPECTIVE

I have traveled internationally over the years both independently and with organized tours. I found my recent trip to Greece with the ACC Workforce and Community Travel Program and EF Go Ahead Tours was excellent! The ACC Travel Coordinator helped with pre-tip preparations and arranged excellent hotels and we had a local guide who was always available to assist in any way. As an amateur photographer, I had plenty of opportunities to take photographs whether it was on my own or when out with the group. I liked the pace; there was time to relax or explore on my own, as well as the group tours to specific sights. Keeping the group to a smaller size gave everyone an opportunity to socialize and meet new people. For budget-minded travelers, EF represents a good value to some wonderful places! As soon as I returned, I signed up for Morocco, 2024! - Kathie B

I had the incredible opportunity to embark on the adult travel program, which took me on a journey to Athens, and the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini. Throughout the trip, I felt lucky to have an experienced and knowledgeable ACC Travel Coordinator and EF Tours Tour Guide who made me feel safe in a foreign country. The first-hand educational experiences allowed me to immerse myself in the local culture, while also giving me time to explore on my own. The upgraded hotels provided a comfortable and luxurious stay, and the mature social experience allowed me to connect with like-minded individuals and make new friends. From the knowledgeable tour guides to the immersive cultural experiences, this program offers a perfect blend of education, exploration, and relaxation. It was an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to do it again for the next trip to Sicily. - Tabor S.
