This is a great course for the continuing learner who would like to explore their stylistic voice and begin to create a body of work. In this Intermediate class students will have guidance and time to develop skills on the wheel and practice more advanced techniques like making lids and spouts, and combining forms with attachments.
Appropriate for intermediate to advanced skill levels.
Open to students ages 13 and older.
Class takes place at Arbutus Folk School, 610 4th Ave E, Olympia.
All materials, including clay, tools, and equipment will be provided. We highly recommend that students bring their own towel and apron.
Note: Before registering for a series (a course which contains more than one class) students should make sure that individual class dates aren’t in conflict with their schedules because we cannot provide refunds or make-ups. Course payment is for the entire series and not individual classes within the series. If you do miss a class, let your instructor know, and they will be happy to answer your questions about what you may have missed.
