In this class students will learn how to make a bouquet of felt heart flowers just in time for Valentine's Day. They can be used as a cute decoration or handed out as gifts to loved ones.
Needle felting is the process of using specialized barbed needles to sculpt wool fiber. As the needle touches the wool, it grabs onto the fiber and compresses it together turning it into a solid shape.
Students do not need to have prior experience with felting; this is an entry level project. Come learn how to safely use the needle felting tools! All felting supplies will be provided to students, with take-home tools to continue needle-felting on your own!
For the youth classes, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin check-in procedures for your student.
