Through discussions, lectures, group work, and practical activities, students will become more aware of wellness and managing stress levels.
Class explores body awareness, the history of yoga, and the physical effects of stress. Students also explore how to use techniques from class in daily life, such as job interviews, public speaking, dealing with challenging people, and test-taking. The self-care toolbox is here to help you create your most grateful, happy self.
