Harnessing the Power of Creativity: For DC area Residents (In-person)

Humans crave deep connection with others and with their environment. With days full of giving energy to childcare, appointments, and obligations, with a phone constantly pinging with notifications, it is easy to overlook the possibilities for creativity and deeper reflection all around us. Using fun and creative exercises, this class gives students tools to explore the wonder of their surroundings, and take away exercises that will allow them to continue to go deeper into the present with children in their care, friends, acquaintances, and themselves.

Students do not need to be experienced artists or have special art supplies to enjoy this class.

"this was amazing. It has given me so many ideas and I loved every minute."
