TELOS - Gentle Yoga  

Discover Yoga in a gentle form that reduces strain on limbs and joints. Explore postures, breath work, and meditation. Postures may be done while seated or standing with the support of a chair. Gentle Yoga practice promotes stability and flexibility at the level of the body, self-awareness and clarity at the level of the mind, a sense of calm and balance at the level of the emotions, and overall wellness. This non-intimidating class is perfect for beginners!
