TELOS - Tai Chi - Beginner II   

Tai chi is a Chinese martial art used to promote health and well-being. Its slow, graceful movements help improve balance and coordination, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the body. Students will finish learning the first section of Yang Family Tai Chi's Traditional Hand Form that they began learning in the Beginner I class.
