Introduction to Programming for Teens   NEW!

Discuss computer programming concepts and terminology. Write simple computer programs using the basic coding structures in C#, such as assignment statements, variables, constants, decision making statements, loops, and arrays. Test and debug simple programs in Visual Studio (VS). All basic coding structures taught in this course can be applied to any programming language.

Prerequisites: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows

** Registration for teen class must be made under participating student's name. NOTE: This may require creating a new profile for the registration.

ATTENTION: YOU MUST HAVE A BELLEVUE COLLEGE NETID BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS SESSION

Follow these steps to create your NetID account
  1. Go to BC NetID and then click on Create Your Account.
  2. Enter your SID and PIN. Your PIN is your date of birth in the following six-digit format: mmddyy.
  3. Select the month, day, and year of your birth, and click Submit.
  4. Follow the instructions to validate your user name and create your password.
  5. Select the I agree checkbox and then click Create Account. You will receive a confirmation that includes your Bellevue College email address.

If You Do Not Know Your SID When you register for a class and create a student account, Bellevue College automatically issues you a system or student ID (SID) which is located on your registration receipt. If you do not know your SID you can click here. Fill out the form with the required information, and then click Look Up SID. Note your SID to create your NetID.
