TELOS - Ballet for Balance  

Using ballet basics, Brain dance and Pilates principles, this class begins in chairs and moves to ballet barre, with occasional center work at the end of class. Improve your posture, balance, range of motion, and physical well being with these fun ballet exercises performed to beautiful music. Feel like a dancer and take these new movement patterns with you for better walking, sitting, and enhanced confidence in all your activities. No experience needed. Bare feet socks, no dance shoes.
