TELOS - Ballet for Balance Level II  

This course is a continuation of Ballet for Balance. Using The BrainDance, principles of Pilates, and ballet technique, we begin class in chairs, move to the barre, and occasionally include center work. Improve sitting, standing, walking and posture for all your activities. Increase flexibility, strength, balance and overall fitness. Feel like a dancer as you perform these simple, fun, and effective exercises to beautiful music. Basic knowledge of ballet feet positions, is recommended but not essential. Bare feet,no dance shoes.
