Flourishing Fun with Calligraphy

This class will be a study of pointed italic script, based upon historic models of Renaissance Chancery Script. Included in the class will be the study of flourishes and embellishments. We will also study historical models of flourishes, "cadels" and decorative motifs. Included in the class will be an abundance of projects and contemporary applications. Tuition included basic supplies.
