Which Diet is Right for Me?   NEW!

Ever wonder which diet may work for you? Is following a specific diet the right choice for you? This course will present the science behind many dietary patterns and popular “fad” diets. We will discuss the Mediterranean diet, Paleo diet, Whole 30, Weight Watchers, Ketogenic diet and other current diet trends. We will also explore the principles of Mindful Eating and Intuitive Eating. This course will provide students with an increased understanding of nutrition and diet trends in order to make lifestyle choices to meet their own individual needs.
