Meditation: Realizing Our Potential

The practice of meditation can be used simply as a tool for relaxing the body and mind, but it can also be used as a method for understanding and Transforming deeper attitudes and mental habits. Buddha’s most famous teaching, the Four Noble Truths, explains how to access the inner strength, kindness, wisdom and peace that abide within our mind. Participants in this four-week class with Gen Khedrub, a western Buddhist monk ordained for more than 20 years, will learn how to begin a simple meditation practice that explores the beautiful potential of the mind.
