Meditation for Relaxing the Mind

The demands of modern life - work, family, technology, traffic - often lead to tension and stress.This dis-ease of the mind impacts our physical health, our relationships with others, and our overall enjoyment of life. In this morning workshop Gen Khedrub, a western Buddhist monk ordained for more than 20 years, will explain simple meditations to relax the mind that can be practiced by anyone, religious or non-religious.
