Do you want to be able to maximize performance? Do you want to reach your physiology goals? Do you want to live a healthier life? If you have said yes to any of these questions, this class is for you. We will go over how to diet effectively, and consistently. You will gain knowledge about what to focus on while designing your own diet plan. We will discuss various diet plans such as intermittent fasting, ketogenic diets, etc., as well as go over the benefits and drawbacks of utilizing each one. Bring a pen and a notebook to take notes.
