Lean Six Sigma Green Belt  

Explore how Lean Six Sigma can address issues within your company and prepare you for growth and success.

Competencies:
  • Explain the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology of problem solving
  • Recognize when this methodology is appropriate
  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of project and change management
  • Use Pareto analysis, scatter diagrams, cause and effect diagrams, failure mode and effects analysis and other Lean Six Sigma tools correctly
  • Explain your problem and how your solution was developed
  • Apply team dynamics and be able to effectively work with teams

Every organization, no matter the size, encounters problems. Understanding how to address issues within your company is crucial for growth and success. Lean Six Sigma, defined as a process for solving a problem, can help any organization in addressing its issues. Green Belts are employees of an organization who have been trained on the Six Sigma improvement methodology. In this course, you will see how the Green Belt training will allow you to deliver measurable, sustainable improvement by finding the root causes of problems and streamlining processes.
