TELOS - Rediscovering Joyful Movement   

If you've found yourself becoming sedentary due to injury, surgery, stiffness, or pain, join us for a delightful gentle movement to music class. We'll start with a short Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement lesson that leaves you feeling limber and steady on your feet, and then take this movement into playful dance. There’s enough structure to keep you moving, without fast transitions or complicated patterns. Class can be done sitting or standing.
