The Meaning of Karma   NEW!

Every day, we perform countless physical, verbal and mental actions. Many of these actions are positive, bringing confidence, joy and benefit to ourselves and others. But sometimes negative actions of body, speech and mind can erode our self-confidence, make us tense, and cause us to harm those around us. Buddha’s teachings on karma contain a wealth of helpful methods to guide our actions away from negativity and toward well-being and kindness. This class will explain the basics of Meditation and explore these timeless wisdom teachings. Taught by Gen Khedrub, a western Buddhist monk for over 20 years and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa meditation Center Washington.
