TELOS - Introduction to Buddhism II   NEW!

"The Four Noble Truths", one of the most well-known of Buddha's teachings, reveal the true cause of suffering, and help us identify what to abandon and what to practice to attain a happy, meaningful life. This class dives deeper into this topic for more comprehensive understanding and application of these profound teachings. Each class will begin with a brief breathing meditation followed by a teaching, and Q&A, and will conclude with a meditation on the class topic. Participation in "Introduction to Buddhism I" is recommended but not required.
