TELOS - World of Music: The Voice NEW!

People sing and vocalize to make music around the world. What is the instrument called "voice?" We will listen to and watch videos of vocal performance and production from many diverse cultures. We will also discuss the meaning of voice as a definition of authenticity and expression. The instructor is an opera singer and PhD of Anthropology, yet the course will be accessible to all.
