Meditation: Letting Go of Anxiety    NEW!

Contemporary technological and social developments have yielded remarkable material progress, but there has not been a corresponding increase inhuman happiness and inner peace. We continue to be plagued with worry, anxiety and uncertainty about the future. This class will explore ways of thinking and specific meditation topics derived from Buddha's teachings that will promote fearlessness in the face of adversity and]unpredictable life events. Engaging in a regular meditation practice will help us deal with negative emotions more confidently and stay calm in these modern turbulent times.
